Eureka Springs, AR, 2017

Hi there! I'm Robin—a freelance audio storyteller.

I come armed with a degree in journalism, another in oral history, and am working towards a certificate in documentary studies. I've spent time photographing and writing about the rise of women's rugby across India, learning what it means to be a Beginner, and trying to understand both life and death in a small southern Appalachian town. After hauling fish in Massachusetts and dropping some food and beer knowledge on you if you sat at my bar in D.C.—I now find myself documenting the changing foodways of the American south. I'm interested in landscapes and personal geographies as much as I am in matters of sexualities, acoustic ecologies, and breakfast. You'll find me these days in Little Rock, AR with the folks at KUAR 89.1 fm and the Southern Foodways Alliance out of the University of Mississippi.

Always with hiking boots and always with extra snacks.

I'm always looking for new collaborators and new stories! Drop me a line: robinminiter@gmail.com
